How we use your details

Short version: we keep as little as we can, and never what you write.

What you type in Park it

Your worries stay on your phone. They are never sent to us. If you pick a topic (like “work”), we count the topic only.

If you ask for reminders

We keep your email (or WhatsApp number), the day and time you chose, and whether you also want the monthly letter. We use them only to send what you asked for. Every message has a one-tap link to stop. To have your details deleted, write to [hello@lilpause.com].

Visits to the site

We count visits with a random ID stored in a cookie, so we know how many people came back. We record the page, where the visit came from (for example Instagram), the type of device, and the city or region worked out by our hosting provider. We don't store IP addresses, and we can't tell who you are from a visit.

Who else sees it

Our database (Supabase), hosting (Vercel) and email service (Resend) process data on our behalf. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
